Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Imperial First Impressions
We’ll welcome you at Vienna International Airport and transfer to our central accommodation. After settling in, we’ll immediately begin our exploration with a guided city tour. This introduction will take us past the magnificent Vienna State Opera, the grand Hofburg Palace, and through the historic streets of the city center, helping us get our bearings and setting the stage for the imperial discoveries to come.
Day 2: A Day of Royal Splendor at Schönbrunn
Today is dedicated to the magnificent Schönbrunn Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage site. We’ll take a guided tour through the ornate state rooms where emperors and empresses once lived, learning about the history of the Habsburg dynasty. The afternoon will be spent exploring the vast palace gardens, a masterpiece of landscape design with its fountains, monuments, and the iconic Gloriette structure offering stunning views back over the palace and the city.
Day 3: Danube Waltzes & Cultural Treasures
This morning offers a change of pace with a scenic cruise on the Danube River, providing a unique perspective of the city and its surroundings. In the afternoon, we’ll delve into Vienna’s world-class museum offerings. The choice might include the Kunsthistorisches Museum to see Old Master paintings or a dedicated museum celebrating one of Vienna’s famous composers, connecting the city’s visual art with its musical soul.
Day 4: Viennese Farewell
We’ll enjoy a final Viennese breakfast together. The morning is reserved for some last-minute exploration and souvenir shopping, perhaps for some famous Mozartkugeln chocolates. Afterwards, we’ll transfer to the airport for our departure, carrying with us the melodies and memories of a truly imperial city.

The price does not include international airfare, lunches and dinners, allowing students to try classic Viennese dishes like Wiener Schnitzel at their own pace, or personal expenses for souvenirs and additional purchases.
